My brother and I just got back from a 10 day vacation in The Bahamas - specifically near Grand Bahama island. We went to get our CYA Basic Sailing standard with Nautical Escapes, a Toronto-based sailing school/charter company. The world being full of coincidences, it turns out that Dave actually knew our instructor, Neil Gillespie from a previous course he'd taken, some 10 years ago.
We spent the week in comfort, aboard a beatiful new Beneteau 423. I've many tales to tell, and not enough time to write them out here. Suffice it to say: we're hooked. I'll work on posting smaller images next week, and add thumbnails..
